Dear Friend of The Federation:

We are delighted to announce that The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee is one of a select group of non-profit organizations that have been invited to participate in a new national study.

The Congregations and Non-profit Organizations 3.0 Study will focus on learning about the organizational structures of Jewish and Christian congregations and non-profits embracing social media thinking.

One part of this study is your input. Beginning on July 28, we will be asking you to respond to one question over a five-week time period. We will be sending these questions to you in our weekly e-blast and posting them to Facebook, The Federation Blog and Twitter.

We encourage you to respond so that we can learn more about how to use our collective wisdom to better serve our community. Any response sent directly to our Communications Director, Isaac Azerad (iazerad@jfedsrq.org), will be treated confidentially. The study is being conducted by researchers, Rabbi Hayim Herring, Ph.D. and Dr. Terri Elton.

At the conclusion of the study, we will be sent a customized report of findings that will help us with our own vision to strengthen connections at The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee. This report, and any related publications, will respect confidentiality and will not include names of constituents.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,
howard tevlowitz1
